With the ability to form a Circle of Friends, keep track of your weight and diet, and track all of your workouts as you progress towards your goals, this app is sure to provide you with everything you need along the path to achieving the body and level of health you truly desire.
From getting set up and registered to actually using the app on a daily basis, there appears to be a heavy emphasis placed on convenience and efficiency. This means that the whole layout is wonderfully streamlined so that you can track your fitness levels without wasting loads of time in the process!
When you first start using FitFrnd - The Best Weight Loss, Diet and Daily Fitness Tracker. Use for Running Walking Cycling and 230 Sports Strength & Core Workouts, you’ll be prompted to set yourself a fitness goal by choosing from the list provided.
You can choose from things such as “Lose 20 lbs by June Wedding” and “Prepare for a 5K race,” but you can always change your goal later if you don’t see anything to suit your current aims.
Next, you’ll be asked join the FitFrnd community in order to connect with like-minded individuals and boost your motivation. Again, this is optional so the hermits amongst you won’t need to worry about sharing your fitness goals with other people if you don’t want to.
Beyond this, you’ll input your gender, age, and other information that will help in calculating how many calories you burn each day or per each type of exercise and activity.

Once you’re all set up, you can view the main interface which features handy buttons at the top for quickly tracking Workouts, Diet, and Weight.
You can also create status updates in a similar way to how Facebook works, with the added bonus of being able to actually share your status updates with your friends online via Facebook and Twitter.
I personally think that the main benefit of using an app like this is to set tangible goals and stay motivated, so I love the Goals section because you can insert specific promises to yourself so that you stay on track.
Simply setting a goal such as “I plan to workout [sic] for 20 minutes at least 2 days a week for the next 3 months” is incredibly powerful in making a commitment to yourself and staying true to it.

I’ve come across so many different fitness apps in recent months that I’ve begun to view the genre as rather tired and "overdone," but I am very impressed with what the developer has done with FitFrnd so I would definitely recommend checking it out.
