I think it’s worth noting that the words feature a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, which challenges a player's letter and word recognition even further.

I like the fact that kids can also make wrong selections as many times as necessary until they get the right match. They don’t lose points, the game doesn’t end, they just continue until they get it correct. I can see that over time this can really help kids with their reading as they get faster and faster at it.

I found the ABC Learn to read app a solid offering that is fun for kids and definitely has some educational merit to it. I like that everything is pressure-free here and kids are free to learn at their own pace.
