Bolt! App Review

Reviews

bolt!Bolt! Rank: #48 on the Top 100 Free iPhone Apps List as of July 18th For: iPhone, iPod touch (iPad version to be announced) Bolt! gets some excellent reviews as an app and seems to be pretty addictive. Styled on the Jamaican track star Usain Bolt, the game’s principle objective is to see how fast Mr Bolt can leg it from a gang of Caribbean pirates who are trying to nab his loot – or gold in this case. Only unfortunately for the iPod touch and iPhone but not the iPad just yet – check back for updates – it’s free to download and play and by that it means there is just one app up-sell for $0.99 where you get 3000 coins. Described as very similar to Mad Chad, you get 11 levels, with a mix of different challenges including jumping over hovercrafts, collecting a max of 5 magic boxes per game, and jumping and sliding your way through Jamaica to collect the bounty before the pirates do. There appear to be no reported bugs or crashes with this app and reviews suggest it’s perfect for killing 10 minutes while waiting for the subway or bus. The app comes with smooth controls designed intentionally for the iPhone and iPod touch interface, plus it’s interactive so you can play with your friends on its high retina graphic display. Released July 14th, in the build up to London 2012, its current rating is 4 stars out of 5 with 380+ user reviews.Bolt! App Review This game app also comes with music and sound effects to add to the entertainment factor, with downloadable wallpapers for your iPhone or iPod touch. This app should provide hours of entertainment, with some off-the-wall quirky chaps to keep you amused for too many minutes of fun to pass the time.
