Before beginning this review I would like to ask that you make sure you take a look at the Pros & Cons section because there have been a few complaints from users of this app so you might want to consider this before downloading it.

Having said that, this is a free app for existing KeyBank account holders, so I suppose it’s worth checking out, and if you have too many issues then you can simply delete it from your device.

If you use the service to pay your bills then you’ll be pleased to know that you can also view and change your scheduled Bill Pay payments to ensure everything is paid on time.

I personally think that this app is very self-explanatory as all of the features are laid out very clearly, but if you should have any trouble getting set up or you get stuck at any point, you can always contact the customer service line on 1-800-539-1539 and they should be able to answer any questions you might have.

Cons

There have been a couple of complaints from users on the iTunes description page, with one person commenting that attempting to log in is impossible until contact has been made with the customer service department by telephone
Another user has also remarked with the following: “Whenever I attempt to deposit a check (on any of my devices) I get a message that the amount entered for deposit does not match the photo.”

Final Words

KeyBank for iPad certainly isn’t without its flaws but as I mentioned in the introduction, it’s available free of charge so it shouldn’t do any harm for you to at least try it out in the first instance.
