Having been to a few conferences back in the day I know how hard they can be to navigate. Especially if you have a lot of different meetings and appointments, or want to see a lot of seminars, you will have to be pretty organized to make your full agenda or schedule work at these huge events. Luckily, more and more of these events release their own app, which can greatly help you planning and structuring your time during these huge conferences.

What it Offers

This is the perfect app to have with you if you attend this huge conference that is being held at the end of June. It will show you a complete breakdown of the schedule, which will help you greatly with planning your schedule. The other thing that will help you with this is that you can see a map of the event hall, and where every booth and seminar is. This way you can take in account the walking distances between your appointments and you will never be late for any meetings you might have. There is even an option to put your own schedule in the app, keeping you up to date of any changes or any other important things to do with your schedule.

App design and Layout

The app design is very clear, and extremely easy to use. With all the options the app has to offer in terms of usability and sharing, this app has truly ticked all the boxes. You can see which of your friends are going, and which other public people are attending the event. You can even connect to all kinds of social networks via this app, such as Facebook, Twitter and of course, which is very important for an largely professional event, LinkedIn. Lastly, the app also offers a literature list and a list of recommended apps that have relevance for this event.

Conclusion

This app can’t be missed for anyone who is attending this huge event about teaching. The app is amazingly designed and the features this app has to offer can help you to connect with other attendees, help you plan and schedule your time there, and offers a lot more than other apps that have been developed for events in the past. All in all I think this app hits the nail on the head and other apps should follow this lead. The app weighs in at just over 13 MB and is compatible with iPad and iPhone.
