Mr Mood by Thomas Castel helps track your mood so you can see if it's time for a change.
Mr Mood is all about keeping track of your moods so you can see a pattern develop. When you're rushing around day to day you may not even get a chance to think about you feel today, let alone yesterday. With this app you can easily keep track of your moods and look at them over a period of time.
The app really takes a very simple approach to tracking your mood. Faces are used, either smiling, frowning, or in between, and you can decide which one best describes your mood for the day.
Work the app by swiping your finger to change the face. Swipe up to create a happy face, or down to create a sad face. You also have the option to add comments by clicking on the + sign. Anytime you add a comment the face will display a bow tie on it, so you can easily go back and read your comment from that day.
Mr Mood was updated on Nov. 17, 2012 and currently has 51 customer ratings with an average rating of four out of five stars.
What I liked was the ability to set a timer to remind me to input my mood each day. You may want to change up what time of day you input your mood though because chances are if you pick 7am every morning, you’re always going to feel tired!
