Flashlight ∞ by iHandy Inc. brings the power of light right to your mobile device.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use, fast, and bright flashlight app this one follows through. The app comes equipped with an LED brightness control and features iPhone 5 support for the big screen.

When you launch the app the default is to have the brightest flashlight on but you can adjust it. There is also a compass that is always on so ensure you're never lost. Other features include an SOS signal that is built in and a flashlight strobe mode that comes with 10 frequencies.

The user interface is well designed and has an elegant and simplistic feel to it.

It should be noted that using the flashlight will decrease your battery life quite a bit so you won't want to leave it on for long.

Making adjustments to the settings is a breeze. To adjust the brightness all you have to do is use the click wheel on the screen. The strobe light is activated by swiping at the top of the screen. This is also where you select which frequency you want to use.

Sometimes the saying “less is more” rings true and with this app that is exactly the case. The developers kept things simple and easy so this app performs exactly as it should. I found this to be a very impressive app.
