All I can say about this app is "wow." I’m truly impressed by the sheer amount of great content that the developer has managed to pool together here, and I really can’t recommend this app strongly enough.

This equates to a whopping 300 Live TV channels and 500 On Demand channels which isn’t bad going if you ask me!

Upon first starting up this app you’ll notice that all of the different channels are categorized according to criteria such as Most Watched, Local TV, UK Live TV, Feature Movie, Fashion, and more.

The content all appears to be laid-out in a very user-friendly format which is easy to interpret and navigate, and there is also a TV Guide button on the right-hand side of each channel which will display the broadcast schedule so you can make sure you don’t miss any of your favorite shows.

One complaint I do have about this app is that quite a few of the channels I’ve tried to access simply cause FilmOn Live TV Free to crash so I’m not sure if this is a stability issue with the app itself or simply a problem on the part of the channels themselves.

Either way, this definitely diminishes the functionality and overall enjoyment of this app so I’m hoping to see a fix from the developer in the next update.

All in all, this is a very good app, and by upgrading to a paid subscription you can even record shows and movies, so I’d say FilmOn Live TV Free is well worth taking for a test spin.

Final Words

I’ve made an effort over the years to reduce the amount of time I spend watching TV so I doubt I’ll be spending much time using FilmOn Live TV Free.

I would like to say, however, that this is a well-developed app and if the stability issues can be address I can definitely see it becoming a huge hit in the App Store.
