What we have here is an iPhone and iPad app that has been designed to enable you to track your progress on the Focus T25 workout program from Beachbody by logging your workouts, taking progress photos, and even sharing your results online via social media sites.

The best fitness apps for the iPhone

This is a good idea for an app but I think a little extra attention to detail could have been put in by the developer. The interface is a little sparse and basic, but it definitely gets the job done so I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a dedicated companion app for Focus T25.

Tracker for 25 Minute Workout is designed to act as the ideal companion app for people who are using the Focus T25 workout program. You’ll find all manner of features in here meant to help you track your workouts and keep yourself motivated.

Best iphone and ipad apps

You’ll be able to specify whether you’ve performed the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, or Gamma Pure Strength workout, in addition to tracking the time and date. Over time this should give you a decent chronological view of how consistent you’ve been, among other things.

Share Your Progress Online

There is also a section for capturing progress photos, which I think is a very good way of keeping yourself motivated as well. I would recommend taking a shot at the same time each week in the same place, and with the same lighting so that you can compare more accurately.

What’s more, you’ll be pleased to know that you can also share your completed workouts with your friends and family online via Facebook and Twitter, so combining this with the tracking of progress shots means you’ve got a great way of bragging about all the hard work you’ve been putting in!

Final Words

Tracker for 25 Minute Workout is one of a few different iPhone and iPad apps aimed towards Focus T25 users that I’ve recently seen popping up in the App Store. With this in mind, remember that there are other similar tools for you to choose from, so I’d recommend looking at what’s available rather than sinking your teeth the first one you find.

Either way, this is a decent enough app with plenty of features to help you stay on track, so it definitely receives a recommendation from me.
