Tone It Up app review: get fit with Karena and Katrina
Introduction
This is a fairly standard fitness app for your iPhone and iPad that you can use to join Karena and Katrina and tone it up for the summer, with loads of workout videos, daily motivation, and the chance to join the Tone It Up online community to really launch your fitness into the stratosphere this year!
The best workout apps for iPhone and iPad
I quite like this app because it has obviously been designed to target a specific audience; clearly this audience isn’t twenty-something males such as myself, but I can still appreciate the value of a decent app!
The workouts and general approach to exercise that this app purports isn’t anything particularly original or innovative but it should get your heart racing and help you to shed a few pounds providing your diet is also in check.
Time to Tone Up!
Tone It Up has been designed to help you stay motivated and provide you with loads of ideas for workouts that you can use to get fit and, well, tone it up.
The best gym companion apps for the iPhone and iPad
You’ll find a collection of workout videos within the app. These are actually saved on YouTube but the developer has incorporated this content into the app so that you can gain exclusive access and really reap the benefits.

Final Words
Tone It Up isn’t exactly the most extensive or original iPhone and iPad app that I’ve come across in the Health & Fitness category of the App Store but it should appeal to women who are looking for a simple and non-intimidating way of getting into the world of exercise.
The content is simple and you can be up and running in no time at all, so this app definitely receives a recommendation from me.
