Vine is arguably THE app which will define the rest of the year as we progress towards 2014. And how can you not love it? Every video created with the help of this app all possess the same hypnotic qualities which makes you repeat-watch the same scene over and over again.

To simply dismiss Vine as a “GIF emulator” isn’t exactly accurate, since if you compare one GIF file against a single Vine output, the difference in streams are very noticeable. It’s easier to embed GIFs, sure, but the “smoothness” of how a single Vine video runs makes the latter look more natural than its early Web counterpart.
