Walk Away with Results
Not only will you be able to test your emotional and cognitive functioning but at the end of the test you will be given a Cognitive Assessment Score. This score comes along with some insightful information that relates specifically to your results and how you can improve areas in your brain that didn't score as high.
Best iphone and ipad apps
Fit Brains has a number of apps just like this that is designed to test different aspects of yourself such as the Brain Health Lifestyle Assessment, a Fit Brains Trainer, and Fit Brains for Kids. With so many options it's no wonder it has more than 4.5 million downloads with all the apps combined.
Fit Brains has been mentioned in all kinds of high-profile media sources such as Discover Magazine, CBS, the New York Times, and Women's Health. The whole concept of Fit Brains is backed up by a scientific brain fitness program that was designed by Dr. Paul Nussbaum. Nussbaum is a neuropsychologists who is very well respected and known in the United States.
Taking the Test
This is one of those apps that had me very excited to try. I have to say I love tests like this that offer insight into your brain and emotions, I find them incredibly interesting. The test takes you through a number of areas and I have to say I didn’t exactly do well! This is part of the fun and interest though because then you are given an assessment score that includes information on how to strengthen areas of your brain.
I like the whole concept, the test itself is easy to operate and understand, and the user interface is simple and sleek. There is no clutter on the screen to distract from the task at hand you can just focus on what you need to be doing at each step.
Users aren’t very happy with the test but I think part of that is due to the fact it’s quite hard. Getting a high score is pretty near impossible!
