SHAHID For iPad App Review

Reviews

SHAHID for iPadShahid Rank: #93 on the Top 100 Free iPad Apps List as of July 28th For: iPad Free to download, Shahid is slowly becoming one of the most popular TV show apps in the Middle East, which currently lists the largest volume of TV dramas and series  in this region than any of its competitors. It’s a completely free media app to download, and is not particularly big  (only 12MB). While its audience is the Middle East, the language of the app is English, although that may change soon with future updates. With 771 3.5 star ratings from 5, it’s still relatively new to the app market, having just been released in July 2012. The reviews to this point, as with all new apps, speak of the obvious crashes, but it seems Shahid is in the case is getting them resolved. The programs and shows include some of the most popular on national televisions across the countries including Arabs Got Talent, Omar, Bab Al Hara, Arab Idol, and more soon to be added as its audience grows. Recent fixes include the most problematic one being that many devices were unable to connect using their very first version 1.1, but 1.2 should be on its way soon. Created by the MBC Group there is no more buffering and soon to be available in 3G, the app should play for the best connect rate the individual user is experiencing.SHAHID for iPad Customer reviews are pretty solid, with a few suggesting that high definition for those using the new iPad retina display interface should be available for vids. You can also now watch Shahid on your Apple Air Play and Smart TV which is becoming the trend of decent video app developers, but the display layout, as one reviewer puts it, resembles a little bit of what you see on the backseat of a Middle Eastern airline TV screen – each to their own.
