MultiFlow

MultiFlow by Dactyl Applications is a game that is able to adapt to your ability and really challenge you.

This app takes your traditional times tables and totally spins it around so you can practice your math in a whole new fun and exciting way. The app can be used by adults and kids, with in-app tools that will not only help you practice but also keep track of your progress. You can even share your results on Twitter and Facebook so your friends can also see your progress.

For kids the Mad Minute, Enter The Flow and Reversals are all great games to help practice and learn the multiplication tables. Be sure to collect your Game Center Achievements and visit the Leaderboard.

What's great is that the app really does adjust to your ability level so kids don't find themselves getting frustrated and finding the app too hard to grasp and understand.

The idea of the app is to not only improve your understanding of the multiplication tables but to also be able to do the math faster and easier over time. The developer is even marketing the game to educators as a tool to use with students that give them a new and fresh look at times tables.

MultiFlow was updated on Feb. 14, 2013 and has 10 customer ratings with an average rating of three out of five stars.

I liked the approach of this app because part of learning is making it fresh and fun for people. It was very easy to use so kids and adults could quickly pick up on it.

For: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation), and iPad with iOS 5.0 or later
