Are you so busy that you often find yourself forgetting events, dates, or activities you had committed yourself to? If so the Reminder App can help you remember everything in a simple and quick way. The app can be used for personal or work purposes and is incredibly versatile. If you want to remember it, let the Reminder App help you.
This app is not a flashy or glitzy one filled with features and tools; instead, it's meant to be an easy and quick way to schedule reminders and notifications. You can set reminders for birthdays, parties, family dinners, meetings, doctor appointments, a bill payment reminder, a reminder to take a medication, or anything you like. Any reminder you set will then show up on the calendar as an individual reminder.
After setting up a reminder you will get an alarm notification before the due date of a set up event, or just a plain reminder if there is no due date. You don't need to leave the app running in order to receive notifications.
The user response is extremely positive for this app as its basic design and features seem to be exactly what people are looking for. They appreciate the ease-of-use and the fact it is smooth and reliable when it comes to notifications.
Gets the Job Done
I have to say I completely agree with users on this app. It really is as basic and simple as the developer promises and its able to effectively remind you of upcoming events, appointments, or anything else that needs remembering. Adding events and setting up notifications takes mere seconds and there are some customization features available when you set up the notification. The app offers a Snooze feature, which you can set in the Settings page. You can set your Snooze to be every minute, every hour, or just turn it off completely. It should be noted that the default setting is that it is turned off.
So what happens when you have finished with a reminder and no longer need it stored on the app? Just tap on the Edit button and you can swipe the screen from left to right while in the list and when you see the Delete button, touch it.
The free version gives you all the features; however, it is supported by ads. If you want to remove the ads you can do so through an in-app purchase of $2.99, which is a bit high just to remove ads.
