Abs Workout app review: sculpt the abs you’ve always dreamed of with this awesome collection of exercises 2021

Reviews

Introduction

Created by the same people who brought you the famous "8 Minutes Abs" video on YouTube, which has received over 40,000,000 hits all over the world in more than eight languages, is this awesome collection of workouts consisting of appropriately sequenced exercises that really do work.

The best workout apps for iPhone and iPad

With so many options like within the Health & Fitness category of the App Store promising super weight loss results, ripped abs, and whatever else, it can be hard to determine which developers are really putting out quality resources for people and which ones are essentially snake oil salesmen.

Having said that, I think that Abs Workout is a pretty solid abs workout app for iPhone. I especially like the way in which this iPhone app for abdominal workouts displays the exercises using 3D computer-generated animations. This adds a nice touch to the overall presentation which I think is, well, kind of cool!

Some of these workouts will be available for free, but this is largely dependent upon your geographical location and your Internet connection, so if you see the Free button at the bottom of the screen colored green, then you know you’re in luck!

Each workout consists of a handful of exercises, with each sequence being specifically designed for various levels of fitness and experience. I really like the music which plays in the background as it changes for each exercise and definitely has an appropriate pace and tempo for abdominal training!

Sculpt That Mid-Section

If you’re not too sure where to start then I think your best bet is to simply start with the Level I workout and see how you get on with it. From there you can begin to work your way through each of the workouts to see which ones you like the best, and which ones are a little too tough for you at present.

When you select a workout, you’ll be presented with a calendar view which you can use to actually create a comprehensive program so that you can hold yourself accountable and keep your motivation high.

You can also auto-generate a program by simply tapping the Generate program button. This is a very cool little feature as it will automatically populate your calendar with workouts which you can then remove or adjust as you see fit.
