ICE Family Pro is an app that keeps your emergency family information in one easily accessible place. You can add one member in the free version, and several members in the pro. We have five members in our family, so I invested in the pro version.

ICE Family Pro is a paid app available for $2.99. The main page contains the names of the family members, the relationships, and an icon-sized image of each family member.
When you open the family members you see a list of vitals such as height, weight, blood type, and medications. Additionally, you can add your medications, conditions, dietary restrictions, and supplements.
This page also includes fields for your doctor, insurance, and emergency contacts should you be in an accident. It really is your voice (i)n (c)ase of (e)mergency.
Nice Layout
Unlike some ICE apps, ICE Family Pro lets you customize your fields, add additional information, sort, and fill in as much or as little information as you want.
It also has an easy access 911 button right in the app to make passing information over the phone easier. An email information option makes it handy for babysitters, camp, other extra curricular activities, for sending to doctors, or to keep your information on your computer recent.
There is also a page to store your emergency contacts such as neighbors, family members, next of kin, and so on. Additionally, the app gives you the option of creating a customized lock screen wallpaper including your main emergency contact, and directing emergency workers to your app with further information in the event of an emergency in which you cannot respond.

Final Verdict
ICE Family Pro is a great app for a parent to keep his or her family's medical information all together. I've been using this app for two years, and have tried several free ICE apps that simply didn't compare to what is available in this great package.
