This is a charming iPhone and iPad app that has been designed to help all of you proud parents out there capture the artwork of your child’s early years so that you can keep them backed up digitally and share them with the Canvsly community and with your friends and family online via social media sites.
The developer of this app has clearly gone to great lengths to provide a winning addition to this genre, in terms of both form and function. The interface has a wonderfully fitting theme of primary colors on a black background, and there are tons of customization options so that you can create Artist profiles for each of your little ones.
This is a must-have app for any parent, so it definitely receives a very strong recommendation from me.
When you first start using Canvsly - A home for your child’s precious artwork, you’ll need to begin by creating a user account. This can be done by using your Facebook account, and choosing this option also enables you to invite some of your friends to join Canvsly as part of the registration process.
Once you’ve completed the signup process you’ll be taken to the main interface, where the first thing you’ll see is the Activity page. Once you create or are invited to a Circle, you’ll start to see other users’ activity coming up in this section in news feed format.
Brag About Your Mini Rembrandt
This is a great way of sharing your child’s artwork with other parents, so if you’re friends with parents from your child’s school, be sure to invite them to your Circle so that you can brag about your mini Rembrandt!
The Artist section allows you to basically create a profile for each of your children, enabling you to input their name, gender, date of birth, grade, and even a photograph of them. Once this is done, you can begin using the Camera section to snap photos of their artwork to upload to your Canvsly profile.
