If you’re using the P90X3 workout program then there’s no doubt that you’re serious about getting into great shape, so this iPhone and iPad fitness app has been designed to help you track your workouts, weight, and other data to ensure you keep making progress.
I’ve really never been a fan of the P90X and Insanity programs because I feel that there are far more effective and safer workouts out there that aren’t simply playing on the fact that they make you feel like trash.
Personal opinions aside, this is a very well-developed workout app which features a nice and simple user interface with all the features you need to maintain a detailed and accurate log of your progress throughout the program.

Log For P90X3 Workout features all of the usual features you’d expect to find in an app of this kind, including tools for logging your workouts with information about the weights you used, reps you performed, and the date on which the workout was completed.
You can also use this app to track your body weight and other bodily measurements including waist, hips, arms, legs, body fat, and so on. With all of this data you can compare your ongoing records to previous workouts and measurements to see how well you are progressing.
Share Your Progress Online
I also like the way you can add your own custom notes and even attach multiple photos to your workout logs. This provides a pretty seamless way of tracking your progress both in and out of the weights room so that you can see how your body is responding to the workouts.
What’s more, you’ll be pleased to know that you can also share your workouts with your friends and family online via Facebook and Twitter, and you can even add your latest progress photos to the post to show the world your fit new look.
