buddhify 2 is, in its most basic form, a collection of a little over 40 guided meditation tracks. Each of these tracks is designed for a specific situation or location, and you’ll find titles such as Working Online, Feeling Stressed, Eating, Traveling, Waking Up, and loads more.
The meditations range in length from five to 20 minutes, so you can also choose a track based on how much time you’ve got on your hands, although there is a meditation timer you can use to promptly end a session if you prefer.
