Memory Cars is a memory matching game, Bus Ride you steer the bus to pick up the children and take them to school, and Tap the Car your child has to recognize a police car, for example.

Tiny Train I liked, because you are introduced to the various vehicles by a female conductor. What I don’t like is that in the Sing Along all the children and the bus driver are white. There is no racial diversity in this education app.

Limited Trial, But Lots to Explore

The Wheels On The Bus is a free app that allows you to do sample activities with in each of the 10 main activities. What I mean by this is that in the Coloring Book, you are able to color two pictures. In the Car Puzzles you can do one of the puzzle sheets.

It allows your preschooler to try each of the activities before you commit to purchasing the full app, or if you don’t feel you need the full app to keep your preschooler entertained then you can save the money.

My favorite activity is the Happy Math Bus. The unlocked portion is simple: you have two options to choose from and the first is simply clicking the number corresponding to the number of vehicles on the screen. The second option is to choose the bigger or smaller group. These basic concepts are a great starting point for learning math, and help build skills that will be used later in their lives.
