The Pregnancy Checklist app provides you with exactly what you may think, a to-do list that will help you stay organized and monitor your pregnancy from the moment you discover you are indeed pregnant until you give birth. You will be able to build your own customized to-do checklists that contain all the tasks you need to accomplish. There is an alert notification for tasks, and a due date you can set on them. And as an added management tool you'll be able to sort tasks into different categories. The utilities app breaks your tasks into three main categories which are the first trimester (from the first day of your last menstrual period to week 12), the second trimester (from week 13 to week 27), and the third trimester (from week 28 until you give birth).
Although the app was released over a year ago it doesn't yet have a customer rating. Unfortunately the customer comments aren't overly complimentary as it seems some users were a bit unclear of what this app offers.

You will be adding tasks to the appropriate trimester along with that task's due date, and then setting the notification alarm. The bonus to this app is that it acts as a planner that you will have with you on your device no matter where you may be or what you may be doing. It can come in handy while you shop, are at appointments, and more.
Additional features include being able to create sub-categories in the three main categories and you can add titles to them. You will be able to mark tasks as complete by checking them off and you can edit them or delete them. Your lists can also be shared by Facebook, email, Twitter, and SMS.
