When initializing Fit Brains Trainer, you are first asked to sign in or create a profile. To do so, you must calibrate the app with your area of most interest from Memory, Concentration, Problem Solving, Thinking Speed, Language, and Visual Spatial. I chose Memory. Next, in the Memory section you choose from thinking faster, short- and long-term memory, ability to solve complex problems, or to focus amidst numerous distractions. I chose short- and long-term memory as I know this is a difficulty of mine. Once calibrated, you can start in on your practice session. The best sports trivia and quiz apps for iPhone and iPad
One of the games is Spot the Difference where you are presented with a number of objects, and then find the ones that are different or new. Pay attention though, because you’ll need to get every object right to pass the level! I wasn’t paying complete attention during the test round for the review, and didn’t score so well. I only got 13.8 percent! Next time I’ll be focusing on the game rather than the data needed to review!
Fit Brains Trainer is a scientifically based learning game that also has a program for kids. Research has shown that the human brain slows down as early as 25. All you have to do to keep your brain learning is to keep doing activities. The brain works similarly to your muscle, where if you don’t use it you will lose it. Keep practicing, like exercising and you will keep your intelligence and not suffer from slowed down thinking, faulty memory, and the like. The best iPad apps for reading for kids
There is a free starter, but the app requires in-app purchases to continue. Think of it as an education course, and you won’t find it too expensive. The app is $9.99 for a full-year access, or $24.99 for lifetime access. The Complete program includes all four apps including Fit Brains for Kids: Sparky’s Adventures, Fit Brains: Brain Health Lifestyle Assessment, and Fit Brains: Cognitive Assessment. Each of these also has a free trial for your survey prior to purchasing the $99.99 lifetime membership to the Complete program. Overall, $9.99 for a year of this one app isn’t so bad when you consider it will help you with so many brain-related problems.
Fit Brains Trainer is an educational iPhone and iPad game that will help you to train your brain for success. Research has shown that your brain starts to decline as early as 25, but if you continue to use it, just like a muscle, then it will continue to improve and grow. Overall, I enjoyed this app and would recommend it to anyone looking to grow their memory, visual awareness, and more.
