Regardless of your fitness goals, there is a workout for you in this app. Right in the introduction you meet Tara Stiles and she explains the app. You select your perceived ability level from Beginner to Advanced, and then complete a 17-minute, 44-pose workout that helps the app assess your ability and flexibility in order to better set your workouts.
Following this, you are introduced to the package options. The premium has unlimited workouts, and the basic allows for one per week. Many people want to start doing a routine daily, but often it is best to start small goals such as once a week to make sure you can maintain it. For myself, I do much better when I initially make the promise to myself to workout every Sunday morning, for example.

I enjoyed watching and trying the various moves to see the adaptations such as bending an injured knee a certain way to protect it from injury, while also teaching you how to improve your knee health.
