Explore your Creative Side

Adobe is famous for software that caters to our creative side, and they`re good at what they do. iOS apps have definitely gotten more sophisticated over the years, and this app is no exception.

Best iphone and ipad apps

There are so many options you`ll be able to explore your creative side in many different ways. It`s full of rich features, and it`s also a fun app to share with the kids.

What kid doesn't like to draw? Surprisingly, it’s actually quite a small app. It will only use up 39.1 MB. Not bad for all the features that are packed into this app.

If you buy into the stereotype that all artists are a little quirky, then you’ll have the opportunity to be as quirky as you like with Adobe Photoshop Sketch.

You’re only limited by your own imagination. If you’re not quite sure how to start, why not checkout the drawings other people have posted. You’ll find a gallery of ideas to help spark your own creativity.

Sketching

To get started using Adobe Photoshop Sketch you’ll have to create an Adobe account, but that will only take you a couple of minutes and you’ll be ready to start creating your first masterpiece.

What can you do with this app? I highly recommend taking a look at the community sketches first, although you have to have a live Internet connection to view these.

If you swipe right to left you’ll be able to scroll through your different projects, and on the right of your projects you’ll find the community sketches. It’s a good starting point to get the creative juices flowing.

You’ll notice when you create a new project there are five separate windows. This is great for creating a series of related sketches that you can easily keep grouped together. Once you’ve started a project and begun your first sketch, you’ll find the tools pretty simple to use.

You have five different tools to choose from at the top: a pencil, pen, ink, marker, and eraser. There’s also a color palette next to these tools to change your brush color.

Another great feature is the ability to easily add a background image from your own existing library. This really expands the possibilities. Once you’re satisfied with your efforts you have several options.

You can save to Adobe’s cloud service (the free app comes with 2GB, but you can increase this to 20GB with a subscription of $2 per month), save the image directly to your IOS device, email it, or share it with social media.
