Pastry Chef by Chrystian Enriquez is an educational and reference app for anyone interested in learning about pastry. It gives you a bunch of tried-and-tested pastry recipes from chefs all over the world.

You’ll get clear and concise instructions on each recipe, with great photos, tips and tricks, the history of the product or recipe, and a convenient converter. The app is run within an easy-to-use user interface that you’ll love to use.

The developers say that the recipes you get in this app are not ones you’ll easily find online, but are those normally kept secret by most top chefs. Any pastry chef, cook, student, or teacher would find this a valuable resource.

The app includes all of the recipes, easily-searchable categories, and an appendix to help you out with the tools, terms, ingredients, and history of ingredients and recipes. The search bar allows you to quickly and easily search out the perfect recipe to create. The converter allows you to convert weight, temperature, length, and volume right in the app.
There are no advertisements.

The app was updated to Version 1.4 on july 11, 2012. The update adds language support in Russian, offers a basic bundle for in-app purchases, and new sharing options. The app does not yet have enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average. There are no feedback comments yet.

I make a lot of desserts and have really found this app offers a lot of options for creating delicious pastries and other sweets.
