Other similar apps can only help you track one of these items, or if they do include all three indicators they’re quite expensive. Health Tracker & Manager for iPhone is a basic, no-nonsense app that provides you with the tools to easily track these three key indicators and it’s reasonably priced. If you want to do a better job of tracking your progress in these areas this app is a great way to do it.

The great thing about this app is its simplicity. Each of the three indicators can be accessed from the main board and making changes to your readings is simple. There aren’t any instructions but you don’t really need any. The only thing that might make this app better would be if it included a health news section but this isn’t really essential, and the app does include an information section that explains each of the three health indicators. This app will require 6.4 MB of available space on your iOS device.

How it Works

The main interface of this app features three sections one for each health indicator. Each section contains a summary of the latest information you’ve entered and indicates whether or not it falls into the healthy range. The sections are color-coordinated as well which makes the app that much easier to follow. In the top left corner there’s an information section you can tap on to find an explanation of how each of the indicators is measured. In the top right corner there’s a settings tab and with this you can choose either metric or standard measurement.

Changing the measurements for each indicator is simple: you just tap on its card, tap on the "+" sign in the top left corner and enter your last know measurements for each item. This information will update the main interface to reflect the changes. When an item is in the healthy range a green circle will appear around it, and if it’s something you need to work on the circle will be red. This is a great visual way to let you know the bottom line.
