iSnowReport by gives you up-to-date snow reports on your iPad to help you determine local skiing conditions.

This app is meant to be a resource for those skiing and riding in Colorado. The information you'll be given is a ski report that you can sort based on new snow and the resort name.

You can read information for each of the Colorado ski resorts so you'll get the details on snow conditions, base depth, and what the open trails/lifts/terrain is like. As well you can find information on night riding and skiing conditions.

Park and pipe features can also be found on the app as well as the weekend and weekday hours.

You can use the app in both portrait and landscape mode to view resort websites and trail maps. The app even gives you access to trusted NOAA weather details.

Planning the perfect day of riding or skiing ultimately revolves around the snow conditions and the weather forecast, this app is meant to help you plan your day of fun.

Use the tabs along the bottom of the app to check out maps, snow reports, POW alerts, mark favorites, and view information.

iSnowReport was updated on Feb. 25, 2013 and currently has six customer ratings with an average rating of four and a half out of five stars.

This was a very helpful app in gathering current snow and ski conditions for the Colorado area. I also like the notification feature that alerted me when there was new powder so I'd know when it was an ideal time to get out there.
