This is a full-feature photo editor app combined with an art community, all offered for free. You'll have access to a picture editor that lets you manipulate your photos in all kinds of ways. Use text effects, stickers, and graphics. If you need to crop, rotate, or color adjust, you can do so with ease.

The magic effects are incredibly cool, giving such effects at stenciling, cartoon-like effect, watercolor, and more. You can even use drawing effects with the brushes and text styles. Draw right on photos and then share it with them.

Speaking of sharing, of course it's fun to make these creations, but half the fun is in sharing. When you finish with your photo artwork share it with friends and family by Twitter, Facebook, or by Email. You can also share your photos in the PicsArt social network.
