Introduction
My TWC app by Time Warner Cable gives you an on the go way to manage your services and account.
This voicezone connect app gives you an easy and quick way to not only manage your account/services but also to have access to all kinds of features. Through this TWC voicezone connect app you'll also be able to pay your bill, access your voicemail for your home phone, set up a technician/service call, launch the TWC WiFi Finder or TWC TV, and check the status of your equipment.
The My Account section of the app can be used on the go to pay your bill, view your bill summary, and check your equipment and services among other things. The WiFi Finder works by helping you find and then connect to TWC WiFiTM Hotspots. The TWC phone voicemail is also another solid offering found in this app.

If you're interested in watch TV on your mobile device, simply tap on the TWC TV icon. The VoiceZone can be used to check your incoming call logs for your home phone, receive notifications of voicemail on your home phone, and even listen/manage those voicemails. You also have the option to forward your calls to your cell number. There is a news feature within the app as well that lets you read the latest headlines.
I really liked the features that were offered through this app; however, there seems to be some issues with information loading. Whether it be your billing information, or transaction information, it looks like there are still some bugs to work out of the system.
