This app has the goal of helping you with the mental aspects of dieting along with other things. The app will provide you with helpful reminders, guidelines, motivational arguments, and notifications about your goal. You can even check out motivational pictures.
If you upgrade to the Pro version there is a food cravings panic button and a weight chart. The food cravings panic button will arm you with the tools you need to fight the craving. These tools include motivational quotes, a stopwatch, badges, and commitment.
