Topia World Builder by Crescent Moon Games gives you the ability to build amazingly beautiful worlds with this world sim app. 

This simulation game for iPhone allows you to act as a god and use the touch controls to create the world as you want it. Through this sim app for iPhone, you can create the world that you envision and rule it the way you want.

You’ll swipe to create oceans, mountains, rivers, and valleys. You’ll see trees grow, and animals will appear, live and die.

Features of the app include the ability to make all sorts of terrain; the ability to spawn all different animal types; you can change the color of the sky, water, and land.

You’ll build herds of animals and see predators do their thing and take down prey animals; and you can play in either portrait or landscape mode. You can also save your worlds so you can change them and work on them later.

I think this sim has a lot of potential but I agree with some of the feedback comments in that it needs something more.  Hopefully future updates will fine tune the user experience.
