I’ve been finding this app absolutely fascinating and I must admit, I’m amazed by the sheer amount of content contained within.

There are hundreds of entries for various supplements and vitamins, and the explanations of different diets are very detailed and provide you with everything you might need to know in order to figure out which is the right approach for you.

When you first start up this app you’ll be presented with the Supplements section. Tapping on a supplement will give you access to a detailed entry, complete with data such as where the product originates from, what its benefits are, and any side effects which may be experienced.

The Vitamins section runs with more or less the same format, with each entry giving basic information, dosage instructions, and in which foods you’ll find them naturally occurring.
