Not only that, but the app gives the medical staff key details about your medical health. The app can be used by anyone and can prove itself to be quite an invaluable tool should you be hospitalized, especially unexpectedly. This app was updated on June 13, 2013 and is available in English only.

User Experience

It's important to note right from the start that since this app contains personal medical information it is passcode locked so you don't have to worry about your information falling in the wrong hands. All you need to do is enable the app and then it will immediately alert your contacts as to your medical emergency. It’s a very simple and fast way to contact people on your behalf.

Features

This app has a number of helpful features in case of a medical emergency. As mentioned when enabled it will automatically activate its emergency alert system. As long as you don't react to the deactivation prompts, an alert SMS as well as an email will be sent to your contacts. You are able to store up to five contacts. The information sent to your contacts will include the hospital details so they know where to find you.

Additionally, the app is able to alert emergency workers details of your medical health/history. They can read to find the following information: medications you are taking, allergies to medications, medical conditions, allergies in general, and your emergency contact list. As well it includes the basic of name, height, weight, age, blood type, hair color, and eye color. It should be noted that there is no login required from you to use this app, and the personal information is kept on your phone only. The app always runs in the background so it's always ready if needed.

The app is free to download then you can purchase your subscription plan. A one-month subscription is $4.99, a six-month subscription is $16.99, and a one-year subscription is $24.99.

This is one of those apps that you download hoping you’ll never need to use it but should a medical emergency arise you’ll be grateful for the app. What an easy, quick, and reliable way to ensure your loved ones are alerted to a medical emergency! I really liked that all you had to do was to enable the app and then everything was taken care of for you.
